When it comes to your inventory...
Our EDI ready warehouse management system (WMS) tracks your inventory from inbound receipt to outbound shipment. Each product receives a bar coded tag which is scanned and transmitted via RF to our WMS system, along with item number, quantity, and batch/lot information. Put-away is directed by our WMS system for optional storage utilization and handling efficiency, and the stored location is likewise scanned.
Our system provides pick instructions based on your preferred method of rotation, whether it is FIFO or batch/lot specific. Directed picking operations and picking verification are performed via bar code scans and transmitted in real time to our WMS system via RF. Outbound shipments are verified by both physical item checks and bar code scans to the assigned carrier and loading door.
Through our innovative web site portal, you can view your shipments in real time as they progress from pending to shipped status. You have full access to all inventory activity, plus customized reporting and transaction history at your fingertips from any PC with internet access!
